Breath Testing

There are many different types of breath testing. The ones which measure food intolerances measure whether your intestines are able to digest and absorb various substances found in foods including lactose (found in dairy products) or fructose. There are also breath tests that can look at the amount of fat you are able to absorb and also whether there is “bacterial overgrowth” in your system.
