The IBSclinic.org.au online psychologically focussed treatment program for IBS is available free of charge. The treatment program brings together validated psychological treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness therapy; both treatments that have been shown to be effective in reducing the symptom severity and psychological distress associated with IBS.

Participants can choose the recommended 6 or 12 week IBS-intervention programs, or single modules based on their own determination.

With over 100,000 words of content, 75 handouts, 30 information videos and 18 audio files, the psychologically focussed treatment program will provide you with the latest evidence-based psychological treatment for IBS.
